At Water Sweets Soap Company, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As a result, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.

Issues with Your Order?

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or if you have any concerns with your order, we are here to help. Please reach out to us at gregg@watersweetssoap.com. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a resolution.

Refund Requests

In the rare instance that a refund is deemed necessary, the product must be returned to Water Sweets Soap Company before any refund can be issued. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
